Question 1

How are views and engagement counted?

Accepted Answer

Every number you see is real. A post view is recorded once per signed-in member who actually sees the post, a story view once per viewer, and a profile visit once per visitor per day — refreshing a page never inflates a count. We never generate posts, likes, followers or views.

Question 2

How long do stories last?

Accepted Answer

Exactly 24 hours from the moment you publish. After that they disappear from everyone's story bar automatically, and only you can see who viewed them while they were live.

Question 3

Who can see my story?

Accepted Answer

You choose when you post: everyone, friends only, or just you. People you have blocked can never see your stories, regardless of the setting.

Question 4

How do groups work?

Accepted Answer

Anyone can create a group and choose Public, Private or Hidden. Public groups can be found and joined instantly, private groups require admin approval, and hidden groups are invisible unless you are a member. Admins and moderators can post announcements, approve requests, invite members and manage roles.

Question 5

Are calls private?

Accepted Answer

Voice and video calls connect directly between the two devices using WebRTC. Only the call record — who called whom, when, and for how long — is stored so you can see your call history.

Question 6

What happens when I block someone?

Accepted Answer

They can no longer message you, call you, view your profile, see your stories, tag you, send you a friend request or interact with your content. You can unblock at any time from Settings.

Question 7

Is my email address visible to anyone?

Accepted Answer

No. Your email is only ever visible to you and is never shown on your profile or exposed to other members.

Question 8

Who can see when I was last online?

Accepted Answer

You control that in Settings → Privacy. Last seen and the green online indicator can be shown to everyone, to friends only, or to nobody.

Question 9

Can I see who visited my profile?

Accepted Answer

Yes — your profile shows total visits and recent visitors. Members who set their own visitor privacy to “Only me” stay anonymous, and they are still counted in the total.

Question 10

Can I delete a message after sending it?

Accepted Answer

You can delete a message for yourself at any time, and delete your own messages for everyone in the conversation. Deleted-for-everyone messages are replaced with a “message was deleted” note.

Question 11

What file types can I send and post?

Accepted Answer

Images up to 10MB and videos up to 100MB. Images are compressed in your browser before uploading so posts load fast on mobile data. In chat you can also send voice notes, GIF links and files.

Question 12

How do I report something?

Accepted Answer

Use the menu on any post or profile to report it. Reports go straight to the moderation team, and repeated breaches of the community guidelines lead to removal.
